OneDrive is the “One” place for all your files

Are you currently using USB Flash Drives?

A USB drive is a plug-and-play portable storage drive. These lightweight devices are often used for storage, data back-up and transfer of computer files. USB drives are available in a variety of shapes, colors, and storage sizes. They are also known as a USB stick, USB thumb drive or pen drive.

Why should I consider changing? I have been using USB Drives for years.

  • Data is safe in case the USB drive is lost or damaged
  • More secure than USB

What does Technology Solutions Recommend?

Using Microsoft OneDrive to store your files.

What is OneDrive?

OneDrive allows users to store files and data in the cloud, share files, and sync files across all the devices you use including mobile devices.

Your co-workers are using OneDrive:

  • To access working documents on multiple devices
  • As an alternative to save to MyDocuments
  • To store Town photos
  • To share large files
  • To access files too big to be shared over email
  • To collaborate in on a document in real time

Use OneDrive instead of:

  • USB Flash Drives
  • Emailing documents
  • DropBox
  • GoogleDrive
