What is ExecuTime?
ExecuTime is a new virtual timesheet system the Town will be using for all departments. Supervisors can review and approve employees' time, then time is automatically entered into Munis so employees get paid.
How will ExecuTime Impact Me?
Most employees will be able to enter and track their own time. All employees will be able to view their time online.
If you already use Munis Employee Self-Service to enter your time, your new virtual timesheet will be slightly different.
Training resources will be available to all employees before your department starts to use ExecuTime.
What is the project timeline?
- We spent most of 2023 planning, developing, and testing ExecuTime.
- A few departments began using ExecuTime at the end of 2023.
- We plan to gradually rollout ExecuTime to the rest of the Town in 2024.
