The Town has partnered with MYgroup, an independent provider of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.
Your EAP offers professional support for life's personal, family, and work-related matters.
It is a company-sponsored benefit so it's free for you and your eligible family members.
There is no enrollment required, and you are eligible to use the EAP as of July 1, 2026.
A clinician will assess your needs over the phone to help identify the appropriate next steps to ensure that you receive the best care for your circumstances.
To access MY Portal, first time users enter organization code: toch2026. Then set up your account with your email address and a password.
