The Town's partnership with O2 Fitness enables benefited Town employees (and their dependents)
to join O2 Fitness at a reduced rate.
Program Support employees without a predetermined end date are also eligible to join!
An overview of the Town's partnership is provided below.
Membership is $5/month for employees, plus an additional
$10/month for each dependent.
To join O2 Fitness:
- Complete both sides of the "O2 Fitness Enrollment Form".
- Complete the "O2 Fitness Payroll Deduction Form".
- Return the originals to Emma Baldwin (HRD) in person or via email ([email protected]), USPS, or interoffice mail.
